Driveways with Tree Roots Problems

We’ve worked on a couple projects lately where tree roots were a major issue.

In the first instance, we worked with an property management company to replace two driveways that were broken and lifted because of tree root problems. Instead of removing the trees, a trained arborist was able to cut and treat the roots after we removed the concrete in order to help save the tree and to keep the same thing from happening again.

In the second instance, our customer had a large pine tree just about 6 feet from the driveway. Upon removal of the concrete, it was discovered that there were huge roots with circumference of at least 12 inches pushing up the driveway. We removed the roots and the same arborist was able to tree the roots to keep them from coming back any time soon and to also help protect the health of the tree.
